EQUIPMENT RENTAL

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
- A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time.
- If your event is booked within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 3 business days prior to the event date.
- No changes may be made to services/deliverables after the agreement is fully executed. Parties may agree to separate event services agreement for any additional services/deliverables for the event.

DESIGN CHANGES
- A minimum 25% design change fee will apply to any changes made after agreement.
- Any payments made will not be credited if cancellation or postponement occurs within 72 hours of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled installation.
- If cancellation occurs within 3 business days of the event, the full invoice amount is due.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- If services are cancelled by the client at least 30 days prior to the event date, the total fee may be applied to a rescheduled event or new event within 6 months of event date. Justcrystal Creations will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client's request for new event date, but client acknowledges that its chosen new date may not be available.
If the client cancels or postpones:
- The deposit will not be refunded
- A credit may be issued and applied toward a future event (valid for up to 1 year)

WEATHER CLAUSE
- Clients may request a raincheck if they notify Justcrystal Creations at least 72 hours prior to installation.
- If no alternative weather plan is provided and no notice is given, full payment remains due.

- Orders placed within 7 business days will incur a $100 express fee

- Events totaling $1,000+ require 3–4 hours of access time at the venue

- Client is responsible for making arrangements for Justcrystal Creations to access the Venue(including obtaining necessarily permits, authorizations etc)

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
- Client is responsible for equipment from time of delivery to time of breakdown/return. Client assumes the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If any rental item is lost, stolen, damaged or altered in any way, Client will assume costs of replacement or repair including labor costs. Client shall pay a customary cleaning charge for rented items returned dirty.
